Leaving

It is kind of sad, I am getting ready to leave home. I have to pack up everything inside of my bedroom because once I move out, someone else will move into my room. It's funny though because I am finding lots of things that I thought I had lost. There was stuff under my bed and in my closet that I though was gone for good. Oh well!!! I am so excited to be moving. Going of to school, someplace new and living in a dorm and meeting new people. I just can't wait to see what God has in store for me there!!

Life

I love how God works. He has a way of knowing exactly what you need and He gives it to you the moment that you need it. My pastor said once that "The only person that can stop you from being all you can for God is yourself". No one has the right to tell you what you can do for God. That is something that I (as a person) have to decide for myself; my parents or my sister do not have any right to tell me what I am going to do for God. It is no ones responsibility but my own, that is a big responsibility. But God has given me the tools that I need to make the right decisions in life. He has given me, first of all his word. Everything that there is to know, God knows; He gave us what is important in His book. (thanks pastor ben) God also gave us friends, people that maybe might know more than I do and can give me wisdom on different problems, they are also good at just listening... Life is moving on and things are changing. I am taking responsiblity for my life(with Gods help because without it I would deffinatly be in trouble) one day at a time.

First week of school

First week of classes started this week. I am excited to be getting back into the groove of school and work. I have five classes, which is a full load. I have Environmental Biology, Statistics, Jazz History, Interdisciplinary Science, and Educational Technology. This should be a pretty fun semester... C: I am have gotten my hair cut (as you can see from the picture). It is really short but I like it. I am finding out new and different things that I can do with it.

My family

If I were to say that I have just one family I would be lying. The top picture is my immediate family; my Mom, Melissa, Alexis, and Ben. They are the ones that pretty much can drive me crazy sometimes, well a lot of times, but I still love them and always will because I know that they will always be there for me when I need them the most. It's funny that I can pretty much say all of those things about the next picture. This is my church family. I have spent so many good times with this group of people, and more that are not in the picture. Both of these pictures are people that I care a lot about, and I don't know what I would do if they weren't in my life...
